It's fun to take an idea, and then to try consciously to incorporate principles of design. In this fake phone ad, I've contrasted two very different fonts, font sizes, color vs. black & white. I've used repetition of fonts, color, and the boy's face. I've also aligned elements carefully to provide strong visual lines.

Again, using the principles of contrast and repetition, and also careful use of the principles of alignment and proximity, I created this watch ad. The idea came from one of Scott Kelby's Photoshop books.
